1. General Policies

Welcome to Transit Tower! By booking a stay at our guesthouse, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions. These terms ensure a comfortable and secure experience for all our guests.

2. Check-in & Check-out

  • Check-in Time: 12:00 PM. Early check-in may be available upon request and is subject to availability. Additional charges may apply.
  • Check-out Time: 12:00 PM. Late check-outs are available for a fee and must be pre-arranged with the front desk.

3. Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. Please note our cancellation policy:

  • Free Cancellation: Cancellations made at least 3 days before the arrival date are eligible for a full refund.
  • Late Cancellation Fee: Cancellations made within 3 days of arrival will incur a USD 50 fee.
  • No-Show Policy: If you fail to check in on the arrival date without prior notice, a penalty equivalent to the first night's rate will apply.

4. Pet Policy

For the comfort and safety of all guests, pets are not allowed within the property. Service animals are welcome and accommodated following legal requirements.

5. Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Cash (in USD or EUR only).
  • Bank cards (Credit/Debit).
  • Bank transfers (must be arranged prior to arrival).

All payments must be settled during check-in or prior to the guest's stay.

6. Currency

All transactions are processed in USD or EUR. Guests are advised to confirm the exchange rate with their respective payment providers.

7. Guest Responsibilities

  • Guests are expected to maintain the cleanliness and condition of the rooms during their stay.
  • Any damages or loss of property caused by guests will be charged accordingly.
  • Loud noise and disruptive behavior that disturbs other guests are strictly prohibited.

8. Privacy Policy

Transit Tower values your privacy. Personal information collected during the booking process is handled securely and will not be shared with third parties except as required by law.

9. Changes to Terms

Transit Tower reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Guests will be notified of significant changes that may affect their stay.
