We offer 10 modern rooms categorized as Standard Rooms, with single or double bed options. All rooms feature an in-suite bathroom, Smart TV, Wi-Fi, air-conditioning, and a mini-bar.
2. What amenities and facilities does the guesthouse provide?
Our guesthouse offers a communal lounge area with books and board games, a furnished balcony for relaxation, laundry facilities (washing machine and dryer), a conference room for meetings, and secure parking for guests.
3. What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is from 12:00 PM, and check-out is at 12:00 PM. If you require an early check-in or late check-out, please contact us in advance, and we will do our best to accommodate you based on availability.
4. What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations made at least 3 days before arrival are free of charge. Cancellations made less than 3 days before arrival will incur a fee of USD 50.
5. What services do you offer?
We provide free Wi-Fi throughout the property, daily housekeeping, vehicle rentals, luggage storage, and airport transfer services. Our conference space is available for meetings at an additional hourly charge.
6. Are meals and refreshments available?
Breakfast is included with most bookings. Additional meals can be arranged at an extra cost, featuring Maldivian and international dishes. Drinks and refreshments can be enjoyed on the communal balcony or in the lounge area.

We are located near the iconic Link Road, which connects the islands of Addu Atoll. You can also visit the nearby marina frequented by international vessels, or explore the Equator Village, a lush green park with an outdoor restaurant.

We are committed to sustainability. Our waste management is handled in partnership with WAMCO, we use energy-efficient appliances, and we employ eco-friendly cleaning products to reduce our environmental footprint.
10. What payment methods are accepted?
We accept payments in cash, credit/debit cards, and bank transfers. Payments can be made in USD or EUR.
11. Is Wi-Fi available throughout the property?
Yes, we provide complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi in all rooms and common areas for your convenience.
12. Are pets allowed?
No, we do not allow pets in our guesthouse to maintain the comfort of all guests.
